  • Stones are not gold and cannot be valued as such. Our team identifies all non-gold components before any calculation — their weight is excluded and shown to you clearly.

  • Never. Melting is irreversible and only happens with your explicit consent. You may refuse at any point — your gold is returned exactly as you brought it.

  • A valid government photo ID — Aadhaar, PAN card, or Passport. This is a regulatory requirement that protects you as the lawful owner.

  • Yes. You are not obligated to sell after receiving a valuation. Applicable testing charges — if any — are communicated clearly before testing begins.

  • Through approved, regulated payment methods communicated at the time of your appointment. We comply fully with all applicable transaction regulations.
